Code of Conduct
SuperYachts of the Caribbean (SYOTC) is aware that photography can feel intrusive. The presence of a camera may be experienced as voyeuristic, entering private spaces and potentially crossing personal and consent-related boundaries. For this reason, our work is guided by the following standards and values:
Trust: “Our word is our bond”. We operate to traditional ship brokerage standards - set by the Baltic Exchange in London since the 19th century.
Integrity: No sensationalism, no owner name-dropping, or paparazzi tactics. We hold the privacy rights of all individuals in the highest regard.
Confidentiality: We protect owners, crews, and partners. Private intelligence is never publicized without permission; exclusive items may appear only through SYOTC’s controlled channels.
